About Us: We are a leading IT solutions provider partnering with top-tier clients across various industries. Currently, we are seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team and work closely with our banking client within the payments team.



Responsibilities:

* Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
* Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
* Remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
* Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
* Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.



Requirements:

* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
* Previous experience working as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
* Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
